These terms cover your use of this website and your initial enquiries about Schoolage. They don't replace a signed service agreement, which we'll provide separately once you decide to become a customer.

Who we are

This website is operated by Schoolage, an education technology company serving schools, colleges, universities and early-years centres. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Schoolage, and “you” means the person or institution using the site.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the site on behalf of an institution, you confirm you have authority to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using this site

• You're welcome to browse the site, take the Future-Ready Institution Assessment, use the seat-pricing calculator, and request a demo or contact us.
• Please don't use the site to submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person or institution, or submit information you don't have the right to share.
• Please don't attempt to disrupt, probe, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the site, its forms or our systems.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

Information on this site

Pricing, timelines, and feature descriptions on this site are indicative and provided in good faith, but your final quote and scope will be confirmed in writing once we understand your institution's specific needs. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until confirmed in a signed proposal or contract.

Some solutions and integrations are labelled as in development or as custom integrations. These labels describe their current status; availability, scope and timing are confirmed only in a written agreement.

Assessment and calculator results

• The Future-Ready Institution Assessment and seat-pricing calculator give simple, indicative results based only on the answers and numbers you enter.
• They are self-assessments for discussion. They are not an audit, accreditation, certification, legal opinion, or financial or operational advice.
• If you request your results by email, we send a link to your result page. Anyone with that link may be able to view the result, so please share it with care.

Forms and demo requests

By submitting a form on this site, you agree to be contacted by Schoolage about your enquiry via phone, WhatsApp, or email, in line with our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

WhatsApp and third-party services

The site links to WhatsApp so you can message us. Messages sent there are handled by WhatsApp and are subject to its own terms and privacy practices. The site also relies on third-party providers (such as hosting, fonts and form or email delivery). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites and services.

Intellectual property

The Schoolage name, logo, site design, text, graphics and product screenshots belong to Schoolage or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the site and share links to it for legitimate purposes, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse our content or branding without our written permission.

Your submissions

Information you send us remains yours. You give us permission to use it to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and demos, and operate the site, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't include student records or other sensitive personal data in website forms.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and content may contain errors or become out of date. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.

No warranty

This website and its tools (including the assessment and seat calculator) are provided “as is” and “as available” for informational purposes, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. The tools give simple estimates based on the numbers you enter — they are not a financial or operational audit of your institution.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Schoolage is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of estimates or content shown on this website, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Pricing, fees and billing

• This website does not sell anything or take payments. No fees are charged for using the site, the assessment or the calculator.
• Figures shown by the seat-pricing calculator, and any pricing discussed during a demo, are indicative estimates, not a quote or offer.
• Prices, payment schedules, taxes, renewals, cancellation and refunds for the Schoolage platform are set out only in a written quotation and signed service agreement with your institution.

Customer agreements

If you become a customer, use of the Schoolage platform is governed by a separate signed service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement applies to the services it covers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the courts of Pakistan.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The “last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
